Distributed Comprehensive Simulation and Verification Platform for Large Aircraft Multi-electrical System

According to the requirements of a large aircraft multi-electrical system in requirement analysis, architecture design, simulation modeling and comprehensive performance evaluation, a distributed integrated simulation platform for large aircraft multi electrical system is established to realize the real-time simulation of environmental control system, anti-icing system, hydraulic system, landing gear system and other airborne electromechanical systems. Based on the real-time simulation results, the multi-electrical system architecture can be evaluated and optimized, then complete the dynamic demonstration and verification of the multi-electrical system.

Requirements

This solution achieves the following four business objectives:

· Provide hardware equipment for distributed comprehensive simulation and verification platform of large civil aircraft multi-electrical system;

· Provide simulation management software, model development platform, VxWorks real-time cutting image, target code support module of large civil aircraft multi-electrical system distributed comprehensive simulation and verification platform;

· Provide schematic page display and dynamic characteristic display of environmental control system, anti-icing system, hydraulic system and landing gear system;

· Support the integrated verification of the distributed comprehensive simulation and verification platform of the large civil aircraft multi-electrical system, and realize the joint simulation and verification of one integrated management computer and multiple motors real-time electrical load models;

Features

· This solution is based on HRT-3000 HiL platform;

· The system completes the verification of the joint distributed simulation of the multi electric system by the simulation of the environmental control system, the hydraulic system, the anti-icing system, the braking system and the front wheel steering system;

· It supports 11 machines and 4 cores parallel distributed simulation at most, and it can realize the synchronization of 100us simulation cycle system;

· Support multi-field joint simulation, integrate AMESim software, and support automatic code generation of HRT-3000;

· Support multi step parallel simulation of the model;

· The real-time simulation of distributed synchronization between simulators is carried out by reflection memory card. The clock accuracy of synchronous simulation is better than 20 μs, and the simulation clock accuracy error between models is less than 1 μs;

· It runs the simulation model under the VxWorks System by taking the CPU hardware clock as the benchmark, and the accumulated drift error within 30 minutes shall not exceed 100 μs;

· It has the clock synchronization function of the whole system, and supports high-precision global clock synchronization between models running on different simulators or different cores;

This solution can be applied to the integrated digital simulation platform of aircraft avionics, as well as the hardware in loop simulation and multi system joint simulation of the single system of aircraft electromechanical such as environmental control, hydraulic, braking, landing gear, anti-deicing system, etc.
